- Passive feeding of bedridden patients

- Drain tube care (with patient training)

Durations under the CNAS contract
- 01Chronic conditions: up to 90 days of care in the last 11 months.
- 02Oncological conditions: up to 180 days of care in the last 11 months.
- 03Care episode: up to 15 days (or 30 days with medical justification).
- 04Recommendation validity: up to 30 calendar days from issue.
All services are performed on the recommendation of the family doctor or specialist, based on a signed and stamped medical document (Annex 31C).
Annex 31C — Recommendation for home medical care
Annex 31C is the official CNAS form required to access home medical care services. It is filled in by the family doctor or specialist and is valid for up to 30 calendar days from issue.
What the form contains
- Patient details (name, ID number, address, address where care is delivered).
- Oncological diagnosis (YES / NO).
- ECOG status (3 or 4).
- List of the 25 types of recommended care services, with frequency.
- Recommended duration and medical justification.
- Doctor's signature and stamp.
