Via the contact / booking form we collect: full name, phone number, email address, requested medical service, preferred date and time slot, plus any additional details you voluntarily provide in the message field.

We do not automatically collect sensitive (health) data through the form. Medical data is processed exclusively within the medical act, based on documents you present directly to the medical team.

We use your data exclusively to contact you back, confirm a booking, send information about documents required for CNAS reimbursement and coordinate the requested medical intervention.

We do not use the data for marketing, do not sell it and do not transfer it to third parties, except in cases strictly necessary for service delivery (e.g. the attending physician indicated by the patient).

The contact form transmits your messages via EmailJS (https://www.emailjs.com), an email relay service. We do not store data in a database owned by the site.

Data received via email remains in the ClaudiuMed inbox for the time required to handle your request and in accordance with legal archiving terms.

You have the following rights: access to your data, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent.

Data transmission to EmailJS is encrypted (HTTPS). Inbox access is protected by authentication and password.
