These terms and conditions govern the use of the ClaudiuMed website and the private medical services provided by Claudiu Med Puls SRL. Please read them carefully before requesting a service.
1. General information about the provider
Provider: Claudiu Med Puls SRL ("ClaudiuMed"), headquartered in Hunedoara County, Romania. Private medical services provider, authorized by the Public Health Directorate (DSP) and accredited by the National Authority for Quality Management in Healthcare (ANMDMR).

2. Services offered
ClaudiuMed offers the following service categories: home medical care (CNAS-reimbursed), home palliative care, assisted medical transport (private, national and international), unassisted medical transport (CNAS-reimbursed) and medical assistance at events.

3. Bookings and cancellations
Bookings are made by phone at +40 737 276 776 or via the contact form on the website. Confirmation is provided as soon as possible by phone or email.
Cancellations can be made at any time by phone. We recommend a minimum of 24 hours' notice for scheduled services. Late cancellations may affect the team's availability for other patients.
4. Patient and provider responsibilities
The patient (or family member) agrees to provide accurate and complete medical information, the necessary medical documents (doctor's recommendation, referral, insurance document, where applicable) and to follow the medical staff's instructions throughout the service.
ClaudiuMed commits to qualified medical personnel, equipment compliant with current regulations, confidentiality of medical data and adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
5. CNAS reimbursement — general information
For services reimbursed by the National Health Insurance House (home medical care and unassisted sanitary transport), the patient must submit the medical documents requested by CNAS, including Annex 31C for home care.
Reimbursement is granted according to the criteria and limits set out in the current CNAS framework contract. Final eligibility is verified by CNAS based on the submitted documents.
6. Limitation of liability
ClaudiuMed is liable for the quality of the medical act performed within the limits set by Romanian medical legislation. Liability does not extend to situations caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the patient, delays due to independent causes (traffic, extreme weather) or unexpected medical developments that cannot be anticipated by usual medical means.

Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on this site, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
8. Changes to terms
